BRONX, N.Y. – The final home game of the regular season was a memorable one for the Lehman College men's soccer team, as the Lightning defeated visiting Medgar Evers College, 12-0. Lehman concludes the regular season with a 7-10 record, including a 3-5 mark in the CUNY Athletic Conference. MEC is now 1-10, and 0-7 in the CUNYAC.

Lehman scored early and often, amassing an 8-0 lead at the half.

On the day, junior Ronniel Mendez (Mantanzas, Cuba/Miami Southbridge) had a game-high four goals, while senior Momar Thiam (Dakar, Senegal) added two.

Prior to the game, Lehman honored three seniors, who all played their final home game for the Blue and Gold. They are Junior Galeas (Bronx, N.Y./Walton), Roger Garcia (Bronx, N.Y./John F.Kennedy), and Momar Thiam.
