BRONX, N.Y. – In one of the more bizarre baseball games in the history of Lehman College, the Lightning dropped a 24-16 game to local rival Mt. St. Vincent on Thursday night. Lehman scored in six different innings, pounding out 18 hits while taking advantage of nine CMSV errors. CMSV was the home team, in a game played on Lehman College's South Field.

However, seven different Lehman pitchers yielded 11 hits, issued 11 walks, and hit 11 batters. The Dolphins also scored in six different innings, and took advantage of nine Lehman errors.

Lehman actually led 8-7 after two and a half innings, then allowed nine runs in the bottom of the fourth inning.

Nine different Lightning batters had hits in the  game, and eight different players drove in runs.

Leadoff hitter Kevin Hernandez (Bronx, N.Y./DeWitt Clinton) had three hits in as many official at bats, with three RBI and three runs scored. He also walked twice.
