Full ResultsANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – The Lehman College women's and men's swimming and diving teams swept Bard College, in a dual meet on Friday, up in Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y. The women's team edged the Raptors, 109-108, while the men were victorious, 131-88.
The women's team was led by freshman
Jessica Reynoso, who was a triple-winner. She earned first place in the 50-yard freestyle, with a time of 26.07, which was over four seconds ahead of the runner-up. She came back to win the 100-free, completing the race in 58.21. The third race Reynoso won was the 100-breast, finishing with a time of 1:14.54. She earned a total of 27 points for Lehman.
Senior
Melody Ovalles was a double-winner. She earned first place in the 100-fly, with a time of 1:17.19. She was also part of the first place 200-yard medley relay with senior
Susiie Perez, classmate
Mosebopetan Oladele, and junior
Samantha Cardi, that finished the race in 2:22.29, to pick up 11 key points for Lehman.

Christy Maldonado won the 1,000-free, completing the long distance race in 15:11.77.

Anthony Preda led the way for the men's team by winning three races. He was part of the first place 200-yard medley relay team with freshman

Carlos Alonso, and senior
Jeremy Guerra, that completed the race in 1:47.34. He also won the 200-IM, with a time of 2:06.67, and earned first place in the 100-breast, completing the race in 1:01.20.
Alonso won the 100-fly, with a time of 1:00.95, while Guerra won the 50-free, completing the race in 23.45. Junior diver
Andy Almonte won both diving events for the Lightning. He earned 144.90 points in the one meter event, while producing 145 points in the three meter contest.
Senior
Enes Mernica won both long distance events for Lehman. He finished the 1,000-free in 11:16.30, while completing the 500-free in 5:41.42. His time in the 500-free was was over 17 seconds faster than the runner-up.
The Lightning will return to the pool on Thursday, November 19, for a road contest against Purchase. The meet is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.
