Box Score STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's soccer team dropped its CUNY Athletic Conference match to the College of Staten Island, 1-0, on Wednesday afternoon at the CSI Soccer Complex. Lehman falls to 2-3 in CUNYAC play, while the Dolphins remain undefeated in conference contests at 5-0-1.
CSI scored the lone goal of the match in the 34
th minute. The Lightning were outshot 17-8, and the Dolphins doubled the Blue and Gold in corner kicks, 8-4.
Junior goalkeeper
Irvin Barreto (Brooklyn, N.Y./Martin Luther King, Jr.) recorded two saves in net.
The Lightning will be back in action on Saturday, for a CUNYAC contest with the City College of New York. The match will take place on the South Field beginning at 2:00 p.m.
