Marco Correia's goal with under five minutes remaining in regulation proved to be the difference, as the Lehman College men's soccer team rallied to beat host Old Westbury, 4-3, on Wednesday afternoon. The Lightning trailed 3-1 in the second half, but scored three unanswered goals to clinch the victory.
The Lightning (2-1) were led by junior defender

Caio Zogbi Barbosa Mancanares (New Rochelle, N.Y./Coronel Osorio del Oluera) also scored for Lehman and had an assist.
Lehman got off to a good start, as Whyte scored his first goal of the match just 48 seconds in, as he took a feed from Mancanares and tapped the ball into the net. That put the Lightning up 1-0.
The Panthers would respond by scoring three unanswered goals to take a 3-1 lead.
In the 68
thminute, sophomore midfielder
Gentian Muhaxheri (Bronx, N.Y./Bedri Pejani, Kosovo) found Mancanares, who launched the ball into the cage to pull Lehman within a goal. With less than five minutes remaining, junior defender
Ramone Rowe (Bronx, N.Y./Knox College H.S.) threw the ball in and Correia headed the ball into the net, to give Lehman a 4-3 lead. That would end up being the game-winner, as Lehman won its second match of the year.
