Lightning to Compete in Final Regular Season Meet

Bronx, NY - The Lehman men's and women's swimming and diving teams will have their final tune-up of the season tonight when they take on FDU-Florham as they prepare for next weekend's CUNYAC Championships.

The men's team enters tonight with a mark of 7-3.  They have won their last three dual meets all in convincing fashion over York, Mt. St. Mary and Brooklyn.  The Lightning are being led by Anthony Preda, Jeremy Guerra and Enes Mernica.  The trio can swim a myriad of events and usually are on top of the medal stand when the night is over.  The Devils own a 2-14 mark and have not won since the calendar turned the page.
The women own a 6-6 mark having won two of their last three.  Diver Gabriela Rodriguez was named this week's CUNYAC Diving of the Week.  The Lady Devils (0-14) have struggled all season and are still looking for their victory of the season.

Once again Lehman will be hosting the CUNYAC Swimming and Diving Championships.  The competition will heat up on Friday afternoon at 2:00 PM.  The Championships will continue on Saturday and Sunday beginning at 9:00 AM.
