Bronx, NY – The Lehman College men's soccer team and women's volleyball teams will kick-off their seasons today at home. Men's Soccer Coach
Toma Gojcevic and his charge will battle the College of Old Westbury at 3:30 PM on the South Field.
The Lightning have a lot of new faces on their squad this year as they look to improve upon their 8-8-1 mark from a year ago. They did have a scrimmage earlier this week against Monroe College. The Lightning prevailed 1-0.
If fans can't make it out to the south field they will be able to follow all the action on line. The Lehman Athletic Department will be streaming the game weather permitting. Fans can also following along via live stats.

The volleyball team will also get their season underway tonight as they host William Paterson at 7:00 PM in the main gym in the APEX. Head Coach
Jose Toval along with rookie Assistant Coach and former CUNYAC All-Star Jo Marie Aquino will guide the squad.
Lehman is coming off a 13-15 mark a year ago and a spot in the CUNYAC semi-finals.
Four returning players,
Lindsay Pantaleon,
Yzaira Galan,
Dialys Mendez and
Salveira Gonzalez will anchor a strong incoming class.
