Bronx, NY – The Lehman College softball and baseball teams will both be in action this afternoon. The softball squad will host Drew University in a doubleheader on the South Field beginning at 4:00 PM. The baseball team will be in the "Battle of the Bronx" against the College of Mt. St. Vincent. The game will be played at Westchester CC. First pitch is also 4:00 PM.
The Lightning softball squad dropped a pair of conference games on Monday falling to Hunter College. Lehman now stands at 4-18:1-5. Drew comes to the Bronx sporting a 5-18 mark having dropped their last three. Most recently the Rangers dropped both ends of a doubleheader to Moravian.

The Dolphins snapped a five game skid yesterday by downing Mt. St. Mary College 9-7 in the first game of a Skyline Conference doubleheader. However, they dropped the back end of the twin bill, 15-2. They now own a record of 8-20.
Yesterday the Lightning (6-19) battled St. Joseph's – Brooklyn coming up short 15-10. Matt Prevosti, Jeff Ledesma and
Jaime Maldonado each knocked a pair of base hits.
Anthony Riley was the pitcher of record throwing four strong innings while only allowing three earned runs.
Earlier this season the Lightning defeated the Dolphins on the South Field 14-11.
