Bronx, N.Y. – Men's tennis returns to action on the Apex Tennis Court in a non-conference match against the College of New Rochelle Blue Angels, at 4:00 PM. Baseball travels to Patchogue, N.Y. for a 4:30 PM nine-inning marathon against St. Joseph's College of Long Island.

The men's tennis squad goes into its matchup with the Blue Angels with a 4-5 overall record, and a 2-3 record in the conference. The Lightning come off of an 8-1 victory Monday afternoon over SJC-BK, as the Lightning swept doubles, and took 5 out of 6 singles matches.

For the baseball team, they're coming off of a loss on the road Wednesday afternoon on the road at the College of Westbury. In that game, the Lightning had a 3-2 lead heading into the bottom of the eight inning before the Panthers grabbed the lead by scoring two runs and win that game 4-3. Baseball will play in its seventh consecutive road game with five games more to follow.

Baseball sits at 7-21 on the season, and will face off with SJC-LI. The Golden Eagles have a 17-9 overall record, and are 10-2 in conference play.
