Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College baseball team will aim to end its eight-game losing streak on Sunday when it hosts SUNY Polytechnic Institute in a non-conference doubleheader at South Field with the first pitch scheduled for 12 pm. 

The Lightning have a 2-11 record, while the Wildcats hold a 3-10 mark.  Yesterday the Wildcats split games with CSI falling 12-3 and winning 13-7.

Lehman is coming off an 11-1 non-conference loss at Maritime College in Reinhart Field on Tuesday evening.  Infielder Mark Vargas scored the only run for the Lightning, who were limited to just three total hits.
