Bronx, NY – The Lehman College (10-22:4-6) baseball team will play two this afternoon against the Beavers of CCNY (12-18:5-5) in the final regular season games of the season.
On Saturday night the two teams met on the Diamond on the campus of Purchase College with the Lightning coming away with an 8-3 victory.
Jarret Oehler went the distance for Lehman striking out 10 to pick up his sixth win of the year. The Lightning banged out 12 hits including three by Rob Kiernan, and two apiece by
Jeremmy Santos,
Namir Garcia and
Sal Ventola. Garcia was also credited with five RBIs.
Lehman will recognize the three seniors on the squad, Garcia,
Mark Vargas and
Geraldo Rodriguez, prior to tonight's twinbill.
