Bronx, N.Y. – Three Lehman College athletic teams will compete this Saturday as women's volleyball and men's soccer sides, respectively, are on the road, while, women's tennis squad is at home.
The Lightning volleyballers (2-12) will travel to Allentown, Pa. to take on Cedar Crest College (5-8) in a non-conference match-up at Lees Gymnasium with first serve set for 11 am. Fans can follow all the volleyball action online via

Lehman is coming off a three set non-conference loss (11-25, 9-25, 10-25) to New York University on Thursday at The APEX Main Gym, while Cedar Crest dropped a 3-1 decision (19-25, 25-18, 15-25, 20-25) at Moravian College on Wednesday.
Since 2011, Lehman holds a slim 3-2 head-to-head record against Cedar Crest, however the Falcons won the last meeting between the two sides, 3-1 (27-25, 13-25, 13-25, 14-25), on October 14, 2017 in Allentown. Francesca Acevedo had four kills and digs for the Lightning, while
Ariana Pradieu added two kills, nine digs and two assists.
Also on Saturday, Lehman women's tennis squad (4-4; 0-2 CUNYAC) hosts Hunter College (4-1; 2-0 CUNYAC) in conference action at The APEX Courts starting at noon.
The Lightning are coming off an 8-1 loss at John Jay College, in CUNYAC play, on Tuesday, while the Hawks lost a 7-2 non-conference encounter at Farmingdale State College on Wednesday.
Hunter has a 9-3 head-to-head record against Lehman since 2008, however the Lightning have won two of the last three encounters. The previous meeting between the two sides had the Hawks winning as the home team, 5-4, on September 8, 2018.

Yohara Molineros and Rosario were victorious in doubles action.
Rounding out action on Saturday, the Lehman men's soccer side (7-2; 2-0 CUNYAC) looks to remain undefeated in conference play when it visits Brooklyn College (0-8; 0-1 CUNYAC) with kickoff slated for 2:30 pm.
The Lightning are coming off a 3-0 CUNYAC win over visiting York-NY at the South Field on Wednesday, while also on Wednesday, the Bulldogs dropped a 3-1 conference decision to at Hunter.
Brooklyn holds a 6-4-2 head-to-head ledger against Lehman since 2009, however, the Lightning are unbeaten in their last three meetings against the Bulldogs. The previous encounter between the two squads took place on Sept. 29, 2018, at South Field as forward
