In Lehman College athletic action today, the softball squad will host Baruch at noon, while the baseball team hits the road to face CCNY and the Track and Field Teams travel to East Stroudsburg.
The softball squad after taking two from Brooklyn on Wednesday will play host to Baruch in a doubleheader starting at noon on the South Field. Before the game, the Lightning will honor the two seniors, Doribel Doran and
Lisette Guerrero for their commitment to the team and the athletic program. Earlier this season, the Bearcats swept the Lightning in a doubleheader. Lehman (8-6:6-4) comes into today's contest having already secured the fourth seed in the upcoming CUNYAC softball tournament. Baruch now stands at 16-12 overall and 10-4 in conference play. Fans unable to come to campus to cheer on the Lightning are able to watch a free stream of the twin bill.

The baseball team looks to sweep the season series against the Beavers. Lehman (6-10:4-4) won the two games that were played on the South Field earlier this season by scores of 15-5 and 11-9. In their most recent outing the Lightning comeback fell just short against Old Westbury. Lehman found themselves down 12 runs but battled back to fall 17-14. The Beavers (3-21:1-7) are coming off a 19-1 defeat to Drew this past Wednesday afternoon. Today's games will be played at Ohio Field on the campus of Bronx CC. First pitch is scheduled for 12:00 PM.
The men's tennis team will conclude their regular season by hosting Sarah Lawrence at 11:00 am on the APEX Courts. Lehman owns a 2-7 mark while the Gryphons stand at 0-2.
The track and field team will also be in action today as they travel to East Stroudsburg, PA for the All-American Meet which will be contested at Eiler-Martin Stadium. Competition gets underway at 10:30 am.
