Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College baseball team will close out its season when it hosts a non-conference twin-bill against Yeshiva University at South Field on Friday with the first pitch set for 10 am ET. Fans can also follow all the action via

The Lightning (6-17) are coming off a CUNYAC Championship Semifinal loss (11-2) against the eventual tournament winner Baruch College on May 3
rd at New Rochelle's Flowers Park.
Kevin Arias went two-for-three with an RBI for the Lehman, while
Ranssel Pinedo scored twice as he also went one-for-three, with a triple, from the plate.
Meanwhile, the Yeshiva Maccabees (2-25) dropped both games of a Skyline Conference Twin-Bill to hosts Mount St. Mary's College-NY, by scores of 12-0 and 11-0, respectively, on May 1
st.
Lehman has won 15 consecutive games against Yeshiva since 2008. The last time both sides faced off was earlier this season (March 23
rd) at South Field with the hosts taking two from Yeshiva, by scores of 14-2 and 12-2, respectively.
Jeremmy Santos led the way for the Lightning in the first game going three-for-three, with a double, a run scored and 4 RBI, while
Randy Polanco pitched three strong innings for the victory on the mound.
In the nightcap,
Glennd Jarrin paced the Lehman offense going three-for-four with two runs scored and four RBI, while
Tran Hennessy pitched five innings and struck out four for the win.
