Stony Brook, N.Y. – Both Lehman College outdoor track and field teams competed at the Stony Brook University Snowflake Classic along side Division I, II and III sides on Saturday.
The Lightning men were led by
Rismond Agyemang who claimed silver medal in the Long Jump with 4.82m. Agyemang was also on the 4x100 Relay Team (47.12) that captured the bronze along-side
Brian Cruz, Linbel Lloveres and
Quincy Miller.
Jormy Polo took third in the Long Jump (4.45m), while Miller also had the third position in the 100 Meters (11.93) and Cruz was fourth in the Shot Put (9.34m).
For the Lehman women,
Cheyenne Gray-Taitt obtained the bronze medal in the Long Jump (3.60m), while finishing fourth in the 100 Meters (15.26).
Garyana Altidor was placed fourth in the Long Jump (3.11m), while
Elainne Rojas Mesa did the same in the Shot Put (7.70m).
The Lightning are back in action next Saturday (March 22nd) when it travels to New Jersey to participate in the Saint Peter's University Relays.
