Randalls Island, N.Y. – Both Lehman College outdoor track and field teams competed at 2025 CUNYAC Championships at Icahn Stadium with Lightning capturing medals in eight events on Saturday.

Brian Cruz led the way for the Lehman men as he claimed silver in the 110 Hurdles (17.77), Pole Vault (2.59m) and was also on the runner-up 4 x 100 Relay Team (45.13) along with Linbel Lloveres, Rismond Agyemang & Quincy Miller.  Cruz also earned the bronze medal in Shot Put (10.02m).  

Miller also was second in the 100 Meters (11.25) for the Lightning men, while Charles Howard was third in the Javelin (38.31m).

For the Lehman women, Alanis Vasquez took silver medal in the Discus (22.36m), while Malalia Siafa-Bangua got the bronze in the 200 Meters (29.39).
