Mahwah, N.J. – Both Lehman College outdoor track and field teams participated at the Ramapo College Invitational along side Division I, II and III sides over the weekend.
The Lightning were able to finish in the top 20 in five overall events.
The Lehman men were paced by
Quincy Miller as he finished seventh in the 100m Dash with a time of 11.47. Miller along with Linbel Lloveres,
Brian Cruz and
Rismond Agyemang were placed tenth in the 4x100 Relay clocking in at 45.94.
Charles Howard got the 12th spot in the Javelin (34.52m), while Cruz was 14th (31.60m) in the same event. Cruz also was placed in 17th (18.74) in the 110 Hurdles.
For the Lightning women,
Elainne Rojas Mesa was 12th in the Javelin (25.33m).
Lehman is back in action next weekend when it travels to take part in the College of New Jersey Invitational.
