QUEENS, N.Y. – In a hard-fought match, the Lehman College men's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision at York College on Tuesday night. Set scores were 25-21, 25-13, 25-13.

York (18-11, 6-2 CUNYAC) claimed the first set in dramatic fashion. With the score tied at 19, York was on a 4-0 run. Lehman (11-12, 2-8 CUNYAC) came back and trailed just 23-21 on a Manuel Bonilla (Bronx, N.Y./Walton) kill. But that was as close as Lehman would get.

York jumped out to a 15-4 lead in the second set, and a 12-4 lead in the third, en route to the win.

For the night, Brian Francisco (Bronx, N.Y./John F. Kennedy) led Lehman with nine kills.

Lehman is set to host Hunter College on Thursday night in the APEX at 7:00 p.m.
