BRONX, N.Y. – Today is a very special Gameday here in the APEX, as it is the final home basketball doubleheader of the season. The Lightning will be hosting CCNY, with the women playing at 5:30 p.m., and the men to follow, around 7:30 p.m. This is the final game of the regular season for both teams, with the CUNY Athletic Conference Championships beginning this weekend.
Prior to each game, there will be a special presentation.
Before the women's game, Lehman will present a check to the American Cancer Society. Lehman College raised over $1,300 during the 7th Coaches vs. Cancer Basketball Classic, held in December.
Before the men's game, Lehman will honor six seniors, who all are playing their final home games in blue and gold. They are Ryan Alvarado, Sean Desimone, Kelvin Gil, Yve Jay Modi, Danny Rock, and Stanley Stephens.
