Weekend Preview

Bronx, N.Y. - The Lehman College men's and women's team will both be in action this weekend.

The women traveled to Virginia to participate in the Hyatt Place Tip-off Tournament on Friday and Saturday night. On Friday night the Lightning will battle Meredith College at 5:00 PM from Fredeicksburg, VA. On the Saturday they will play either host Mary Washington or Randolph. The Lightning are coming off a buzzer beater victory that saw Lehman defeat St. Joseph (Brooklyn) on a last second shot by Amani Lightbourne.

The men look to get back to their winning ways as they take on the U.S. Coast Guard Academy on Saturday afternoon. The home opener is slated to tip-off at 1:00 PM in the APEX. Both teams jump into CUNYAC play next week. Lehman will travel to John Jay to take on the Bloodhounds on Tuesday (11/24) at 6:00 PM (women) and 8:00 PM (Men)
