BRONX, N.Y. – Friday is a very special gameday as the Lehman College women's and men's basketball teams will host York College in a CUNY Athletic Conference doubleheader. The women's game will start at 5:00 p.m., while the men are scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.

It is senior night, as forward Luisayra Madrigal (Bronx, N.Y./Monsignor Scanlan) of the women's teams, and guard Jonathan Greenfield (Hartford, Conn./Windsor) from the men's squad, will be honored with a brief ceremony prior to the start of their respective games.

For the women, the Lightning have clinched home-court advantage in the quarterfinals of the CUNYAC Championships, which will take place on Saturday, February 21. On the men's side, if the Lightning win against York, they will have home-court advantage in the opening round of the CUNYAC Championships that will take place on Sunday, February 22. Lehman is currently tied with Brooklyn for third place in the latest conference standings, and just a full game behind CSI for second.
