Box Score BRONX, NY --- The Lehman College men's volleyball team lost in four sets to the visiting John Jay College of Criminal Justice, 25-17, 20-25, 25-23, 25-21, on Wednesday evening at the APEX Gymnasium in the Bronx.
 
The Lightning of Lehman (3-12 / 2-5 CUNYAC) were led by senior Ramon Jimenez, who posted 12 kills and three total blocks with a .526 hitting percentage. Junior Orlando Vargas added nine kills, while sophomore Emmanuel Ortiz set the table with 25 assists and 12 digs. Sophomore Jose Bautista added nine digs.
 
Senior Jack Palleschi led the Bloodhounds of John Jay (7-5 / 6-2 CUNYAC) with 11 kills, five solo blocks, seven block assists and five digs. Sophomore Juan DeJesus added nine kills.
 
Lehman will be back on the court this Saturday when they travel to Hunter College for a CUNYAC Multi-Match. The Lightning will face Baruch College at 11:00 a.m. and before meeting John Jay for a rematch at 3:00 p.m.
