Bronx, NY - The Lightning volleyball squad is riding a three match winning streak, their longest of the season and now stand at 7-17 overall and 5-10 in conference play.  Lehman needs a victory tonight coupled with a Brooklyn loss to earn the sixth seed in next week's CUNYAC postseason tournament.  The Bulldogs own the tie breaker over the Lightning.  The Quarterfinals are slated for a week from tonight. 

Earlier this season the Lightning toppled York 3-0 in the CUNYAC season opener for both teams.  York  owns a 9-6 conference mark and will host a play-off game next Tuesday night as either the 3 or 4 seed depending upon the results of tonight's action. 

The match is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM. 

The softball will be playing their second home doubleheader of the season as they host CUNYAC rival John Jay.
John Jay opened their season last week.  The Bloodhounds dropped both ends of a double header at Purchase and then went onto take both ends of a twin bill against Brooklyn.  The Lightning come into tonight's action with a record of 1-9.
