Bronx, NY – The Lehman College basketball will travel to City College to face the Beavers in a rematch from earlier this year. Back in November the Lightning men suffered a 74-66 setback while the Lehman women prevailed 78-44.

The Lehman (8-7:6-2) women are currently riding a six game winning streak. In their most recent outing, Lehman defeated Medgar Evers 87-49. Four players tallied double figures led by Amely Del Rosario's 31 points. The Lightning currently sit in third place in the conference one game behind both CSI and Brooklyn.

The CCNY women are 7-9 overall and 3-5 in CUNYAC. The Beavers are riding a three game winning streak. CCNY earned conference victories over York and Medgar Evers and most recently stepped out of league play to soundly defeat Cairn University 57-33. Debra Chan and Alexis Akridge paced the Beavers with 19 and 18 points respectively.

The CCNY men's team is also riding a five game winning streak. Four City starters are averaging double figures. Khalil Hamer's 16.3 points per game leads the Beavers. David Solano is averaging just under 14 points per night. Robbie Dionisio and Mark Richards are chipping in 12 points per game.

This is the start of four games in eight days for the Lehman men who come into tonight's contest with a record of 8-7 overall and 5-3 in conference play. The Lightning are currently in fourth place in the conference standings one game behind both CCNY and Baruch. In their most recent outing, a victory at Medgar Evers, Damian Bellamy paced the Lightning with 23 points and 11 rebounds. It was his third double double of the season. Luis Hernandez came off the bench to score a career high 22 points.
