Bronx, N.Y. – Both of Lehman College basketball teams will be in CUNYAC action this Saturday afternoon hosting doubleheader against Brooklyn College at The APEX Main Gym as the women's sides face-off at noon, while the men do battle at 2 pm.

Lehman women (1-10; 1-2 CUNYAC) are coming off a 74-30 loss at home to non-conference rival Kean this past Thursday. The Lightning were sparked by guard
Lisa Fields with 19 points. Meanwhile, Brooklyn (5-5, 2-0 CUNYAC) was also in action on Thursday as it defeated visiting conference foe Hunter College, 62-51.
The Lightning have dropped 12 of the last 15 games against the Bulldogs. The previous encounter took place on January 22, 2018 at Brooklyn's West Quad Center Gymnasium with the hosts posting a 74-57 victory. Fields had 14 points with three rebounds and steals for Lehman.
The last victory by the Lightning over the Bulldogs was on Jan. 20, 2017, 64-58 result, at The APEX. Fields notched 11 points for Lehman, while grabbing four rebounds.

Miguel Haboosh scored 15 points with seven rebounds and four assists, while earning All-Tournament Team honors for Lehman. Meanwhile, the Bulldogs (7-4, 2-0 CUNYAC) saw action on Thursday at home as they prevailed 67-56 against visiting conference opponent the Hunter Hawks
The Lightning have won six of the previous eight head-to-head encounters against the Bulldogs, including the last four. The last meeting between the two sides was held on Jan. 22, 2018 with Lehman earning an 80-56 road win. Haboosh and guard

Brooklyn hasn't beaten Lehman since Jan. 27, 2016, 100-99 overtime, at West Quad Center Gymnasium. The Bulldogs have also not won at The APEX since February 1, 2013, when they topped the Lightning 85-78.
