Bronx, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's volleyball team will host a tri-match against non-conference opponents' Cairn University and Rutgers-Newark at The APEX Main Gym on Saturday.

After the first encounter takes place 10 am (Cairn vs. Rutgers-Newark), the Lightning (5-13) will commence action taking on The Highlanders of Cairn (6-8) at noon.  The triangular event concludes at 2 pm with Rutgers-Newark's Scarlet Raiders (13-0) taking on the hosts.

Lehman is coming off a three-set loss at home (19-25, 19-25, 10-25) to Neumann University in a non-conference encounter this past Tuesday at The APEX.  Peter Veljovic led the way for the Lightning with nine kills, while Mentor Mahmuti had his third 'double-double' of the season dishing out 16 assists while grabbing 10 digs.
