Bronx, N.Y. – Following a three-week pause, the Lehman College men's basketball squad will travel to Manhattan to face CUNYAC rival Hunter at 7 PM in the Sportsplex. The women's game is being postponed due COVID protocols.

The Lightning men enter the game with a mark of 7-1 overall and 1-0 CUNYAC. Hunter stands at 4-5; 1-0 CUNYAC.
Lehman is coming off its fifth consecutive victory as it defeated visiting Mitchell College, 98-84, in a non-conference game, at The APEX Main Gym on Dec. 14
th.
Isaiah Geathers led the hosts with 33 points, eight rebounds, six assists and two blocks.
Meanwhile,in their last outing the Hawks dropped a 126-114 decision
a non-conference game against visiting SUNY Canton on Dec. 30

The Lightning hold an 18-9 advantage during the head-to-head series since 2008, which includes 11 victories in the last 13 outings. In the previous encounter, Lehman defeated hosts Hunter, 79-73, on Feb. 10, 2020. Geathers paced the Lehman offense with 34 points, seven rebounds, four assists and two blocks.
