Box Score New London, Conn. – Despite 16 points and seven assists by guard Will Feldman, the Lehman College men's basketball team dropped an 81-61 non-conference encounter against hosts Mitchell College on Friday at the Yarnall Athletic Center.  The Lightning falls to 1-2 overall record, while the Mariners improve to a 3-1 mark.
 
After trailing by seven at the intermission, Lehman battled back, and Feldman hit a jump shot that cut the deficit to three points (52-49) with 13:04 remaining in the second half.  However, Mitchell went on a 16 to 6 run to increased its advantage to 13 points and did not look back for the victory.
 
Guard Juan Fernandez added 10 points for the Lightning, while forward Mo Idrissou added nine points and seven rebounds.
 
Lehman continues its road swing in New London, Conn. on Saturday (November 19^th) when it visits U.S. Coast Guard Academy in a non-conference match-up with tip off set for 3 pm ET.
