Bronx, N.Y. – Four members of the Lehman College baseball team received postseason accolades as infielders

Elias Fermin were named conference all-stars, while teammate
Stefan Allen was selected to the CUNYAC All-Sportsmanship Team.
Three-time CUNYAC all-star, Fermin was second on the Lightning in batting (.325 avg.), RBI (21) and homers (three). The Yonkers native, who also was CUNYAC Player of the Week (April 6th), led Lehman in runs scored (22) and hit-by-pitch with 11 (first in conference).
Maldonado, who was named CUNYAC Player of the Week (March 16th), started in all 27 games for the Lightning this past season and led the team in batting average with .387 (third in CUNYAC). The Manhattan native led the squad in RBI (27), runs scored (22) and second in homer runs (three).
Rivera started in 21 games for Lehman and was third in batting average with .314. The native of Caguas, Puerto Rico, scored 14 times, with a homer and drove in 13 runs.
Allen, saw action in 17 games, with six starts, for the Lightning and scored four times while driving in a run.
