Men's Volleyball Win At St. Elizabeth

Box Score Morristown, N.J. - Alain Abreu Esteva notched 11 kills and six digs to lead the Lehman College men's volleyball team posted its fifth consecutive victory after taking a three-set (25-12, 25-19, 25-18) non-conference win against the hosts Saint Elizabeth University on Thursday evening and Saint Joseph Hall.  The Lightning go to a 7-7 overall record, while the Eagles dropped to a 1-5 mark.

After taking the first two sets, Lehman struggled in the third as St. Elizabeth attempted to avoid a sweep as it the score was tied a 17-17.  The Lightning then went on a 7 to 1 run to win the set and the match.

Almir Pepic registered eight kills and six digs for Lehman, while Enea Doci had six kills and six assists.  

The Lightning will look to extend its winning streak to six when it travels to York College-NY next Tuesday (March 3rd) for a CUNYAC encounter at 6 pm ET.
